I have spent the past twelve years working at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, and operations — most of that at Keypath Education, where I grew from a digital media buyer into the CX Manager for the Australia-Pacific portfolio.

The thread through all of it: turning ambiguous problems into clear systems. Whether that was designing a lead scoring model, restructuring cross-functional processes, or figuring out how an AI agent should handle the edge cases that playbooks never cover.

Right now I am focused on the operational side of AI — not the research layer, but the messy middle where models meet real business processes and real people. I spend most of my days building with tools like Claude Code, designing evaluation systems, and writing about what actually works when you put AI into production.

I care about depth over polish. I would rather show the decisions and tradeoffs behind a project than present a clean outcome with the thinking stripped out. That is what this site is for: a place to share how I work, not just what I have shipped.

Outside of work, I am a runner, a reader, and someone who genuinely enjoys the early phase of a hard problem — the part where you are still framing the question before anyone is asking for a solution.

I am based in Melbourne, Australia and currently open to new opportunities in AI operations, product management, and CX strategy — particularly roles where I can bridge the gap between what AI can do and what a team actually needs it to do.

If any of this resonates, send me an email. I am always up for a conversation with someone thinking about similar problems.
